Purpose* In MPOWER 2.0 you will have 2 weeks to explore each of the 6 Pillars: how to EAT, MOVE, SLEEP, and regulate your STRESS. In 12 weeks you will not only learn strategies that are scientifically proven to improve your metabolic function, you will get an additional week of coaching to help you improve your habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, as well as explore how to leverage your relationships and sense of purpose to reach your health goals. This program is perfect for you if want to learn strategies to: - Lose weight - Lower your blood sugar, cholesterol, or blood pressure - Reduce your risk of developing the diseases associated with metabolic syndrome like Type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Obesity.
